Title: Problem regarding Inverter-based Oscillator Clock Generator
Activity:
When the board was connected to the oscilloscope, the reading is really unstable. The noise was out of control. I cannot figure out what is the source of the problem. I think it would be better if I ask my Supervisor about this symptom.
Conclusion: With this unstable clock wave, no measurement could be done.
