Title: Problem Solved for the Inverter-based Oscillator

Last week, this clock generator was unstable and so, I asked my Supervisor. he said that the resistor that included within the clock generator circuit might be too big and maybe if that was reduced to a certain value, it might be stable enough. So, with that, the 1M resistor is replaced with a 10K resistor which I find that it is more stable currently.
